Sarah Martin, VP, Head of Corporate Development. Sarah has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare sector, with the last 13 years focused on mergers and acquisitions. Â Sarah has led the M&A function at several sponsor owned companies executing transactions focused on core market expansion as well as entry into new adjacencies.Â
Sarah spent a decade on Wall Street in investment banking and equity research covering both the healthcare and alternative energy sectors. Sarah has also held a variety of positions in consulting and market research and started her career as a healthcare consultant for the Department of Defense, Joint Chiefs of Staff, where she held a security clearance.Â
Sarah has an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business with specializations in Finance, Economics, and Marketing, and received a BA in European History from Duke University.Â
