Nilsa Martinez is the Senior Director and Site Lead of Pace® Life Sciences, San German, PR laboratory. Nilsa manages the site to provide on-time, high-quality chemistry and microbiology services, primarily supporting pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers to deliver new and existing products.

Nilsa began her career in manufacturing quality assurance and microbiology laboratories, which equipped her with the skills to streamline processes and maintain the highest standards – particularly applying Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Nilsa’s leadership established the site’s reputation with clients and regulators, earning their confidence and credibility through Pace values such as commitment to building strong relationships.

Nilsa earned her degree in Biological Sciences and Medical Technology from the Interamerican University in San German, PR.
